We are on both Facebook and Instagram, and we’d love to have you follow us! Like we always say: our skincare results are 20% in-spa work and 80% what you do at home.

There is no need to wash your face beforehand, as we start all our facial services with a gentle double-cleanse to remove any makeup, dirt, and impurities.

Unless you are scheduled for a deep peel, you may shower and/or wash your face after the facial appointment with a gentle cleanser. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our team.

All facials are scheduled for 60 minutes, with the exception of our Signature Facial 1, “The Works,” which is 90 minutes. When booking, we allot additional time before and after your appointment to allow for questions and to reset the room for the next client. Our goal is to ensure you never feel rushed when you are with us.

Results will vary among clients. However, most see an improvement after their first appointment.

We customize every appointment to suit the needs and goals of each client. This means that no matter what facial you choose, it will be appropriate for any skin type, including sensitive skin.

There can be a number of factors that contribute to sensitivity, and we will thoroughly go over your skin type and needs before we begin a treatment session. Many of our clients have told us that their skin isn’t sensitive anymore after using our services and products.

A combination of the right facial treatments and aesthetician-recommended products can treat these concerns.

Pigment caused by sun exposure, hormones, and/or inflammation can be tricky. Depending on the cause, regular facials plus the right product can make your skin more evenly toned.

We recommend making an appointment so we can set you on the right path to glowing, even-toned skin. The best, most important thing you can do to prevent any further pigment issues is to wear sunscreen.

Yes, and no. This natural form of Vitamin A is derived from fish and is more gentle than other Retin A products. DNA Vitamin A Serum will not inflame your skin or make it red/sensitive. It is not necessary for you to see your skin peeling for it to be an effective product. The cells are regenerating microscopically.

To ensure that The Salt and Light Spa can continue providing you with the exceptional service you deserve, we kindly request your cooperation with our 24-hour cancellation policy. A $50 deposit will be charged to your account if you are late or fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list and for our staff to adjust their schedules accordingly.
